We have been designing and building dreams for over 35 years in Southern California. Our designs and construction integrate energy efficiency standards as well as the best products and materials available. We recycle the project waste and we treat your home or busniess the way that we would want to be treated.

Our versitility allows us to design and build multi-million dollar custom homes, and perform smaller jobs such as building repairs. Our services vary from installing energy efficient windows to building commercial and industrial facilities. Some of our specialties include kitchen and bathroom remodeling, swimming pool remodeling and modifications, foundation and framing repairs and new construction, structural additions, electrical wiring and solar electric installations (through our sister company Solartronics, Inc. www.solartronicsinc.com ). We can help you in the design phase and also guide you through the construction phase. All of our work carries a minimum four year warranty, and we will communicate exactly what we are going to do, with written documentation and blue prints.
Mulick Construction and Desgin, Inc. is a General Building "B" licensed Contractor and also holds an Electrical Contracting License "C-10". We are fully insured and bonded and impliment worker safety measures on our worksites. We respect your property and its inhabitants, and we will always try to make the experience as seamless and smooth as possible. This includes everything from dust control and floor protection, noise abatement, and just plain, good old communication. We pride ourselves on completing our projects on time, and on budget. We will also keep the jobsite, your home or business, clean and safe during the process.
